What happens with the details you send us through this website.

Status: this page describes our actual data handling. The formal controller identity, registration details and retention periods are pending legal review and will be published here once confirmed. We do not state legal commitments we have not verified.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: name, email address, phone number, the address or city of the job when you provide it, the market you selected, your message, and — for calculator requests — the answers you gave about the property so we can prepare a quote.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan a booking and, if you become a customer, deliver and invoice the service. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising profiling.

Where it is stored

Submissions are sent to SKKY's own operating system and stored in our managed database. Access is limited to SKKY staff who work with quotes, scheduling and invoicing.

Cookies and tracking

This public website does not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers. We use local browser storage only to remember your chosen market and language, and technical storage required for signed-in areas. Because no non-essential tracking runs, there is no consent banner.
