How often should I have my windows cleaned?
A monthly window cleaning ensures the best result. Most residential customers choose every 2–3 months for exteriors. Businesses often need weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. Coastal properties (like those in Malmö, Copenhagen, or Accra) may need more frequent cleaning due to salt air.
Does the season affect how often I need window cleaning?
Yes! Spring (after winter grime and pollen), post-Harmattan in Ghana (after dust season), and autumn (after leaves fall) are peak times. We recommend at least 4 cleanings per year: early spring, early summer, early autumn, and before winter holidays.

What should I expect during a window cleaning appointment?
Our team arrives on time with all equipment. For exteriors, we typically don't need indoor access. A standard home takes 1–3 hours. We clean glass, wipe frames, and optionally clean screens. You'll receive before/after photos on request. Payment is due after completion, and we guarantee satisfaction.
How does interior window cleaning work?
Interior cleaning can be arranged as a fixed schedule or as needed. We wipe the bottom edge and window sills. Our team uses shoe covers and protects your floors. Interior service is often combined with exterior cleaning for best value.
What type of dirt do you remove?
We remove general dirt, weather stains, bird droppings, and insect debris. Special treatments (silicone, stickers, lime/calcium deposits, cement, paint, grease) require advance notice and may involve extra tools or chemicals at additional cost.
Do you clean window edges and sills?
Yes! We wipe edges when cleaning exterior windows. For an additional fee, we offer a full drying service including bottom frames and window sills. This doesn't include washing the entire woodwork, but ensures no drip marks.
